Custom
printing jobs (for items or formats NOT offered in our
online catalog) require a Printing Order Form.
This
is an INTERACTIVE form, and can be filled out using
your computer when opening in Adobe Acrobat Reader 7
or higher.
Follow
these steps:
1.
Complete a Printing
Order Form. If this is a reorder, include a laser
print of the item we are reprinting, and a previous
reference number (our job number) if available.
If
it is a new item, include as much information as you
can about the job: paper type, color, ink(s) special
formatting, numbering, bindery/finishing, packaging
requirements, etc. Include laserprints whenever possible.
2.
Fax the Printing Order Form to us at (734) 763-5147.
OR
If you need to send us files, logos, etc., Send files
via FTP Upload. Include
the completed Print Order form as one of your files.
OR
Bring to us OR send via campus mail to: Printing Services,
1919 Green Rd, Campus Zip 2564.
3.
You will receive an Email order confirmation about a
day after we receive your request.
